Radish Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Kalona SuperNatural™ organic butter, @ room temperature
  • ½ shallot, minced
  • Zest & juice of 1 lime
  • ½ cup chives, minced
  • 8 cherry radishes, trimmed & brunoise
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

In a mixing bowl, fold all of the ingredients together with a rubber spatula.

Serve on top of a sliced baguette, grilled steak, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, or anything and everything else!
