Radish Butter Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ pound Kalona SuperNatural™ organic butter, @ room temperature
- ½ shallot, minced
- Zest & juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup chives, minced
- 8 cherry radishes, trimmed & brunoise
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
In a mixing bowl, fold all of the ingredients together with a rubber spatula.
Serve on top of a sliced baguette, grilled steak, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, or anything and everything else!
