| Our producer farms are visited on a regular basis by one of our staff to ensure quality of production. Our average producer herd consists of approximately 25-35 cows raised and maintained by certified organic standards. The land yields its crops without the use of chemical herbicides or pesticides. Some of our farms have been in the same family for over 150 years and have never had a chemical put on a field. Our Amish farms are self-restricted to 80 tillable acres in order to prevent excessive focus on making money, but rather having the proper amount of time to spend with family and the instruction of children. |
